We will give
a cash refund less a 15% handling charge for all goods returned
within 14 days if from stock.
We will give a full refund for all damaged goods, or replace
them free of charge, (including postage) if they are returned
within 14 days.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns for goods
that we order specifically on your behalf, unless they are
faulty or incorrect through our error.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
